EA Potentially Increasing The Price Of PS4 and Xbox One Games

The infamous EA empire are fishing for more money from its consumer base as their devious plans to up the price of next generation console games is supposedly coming into effect for the Playstation 4 and Xbox according to this article on product-reviews. EA hope to get away with selling half finished games for $80 (£54.99) a pop and this obviously wouldn't sit right with anyone with half a brain.

$80 FOR HALF OF A GAME. The other half will be sold as dlc for about $50.
Already voted the worst company in America twice, EA looks to defend its title reign with yet another greedy business decision which will ultimately affect gamer's pockets and the video industry on a whole if accepted as the norm. Both the Sony and Microsoft have nothing to do with EA's price increase, so this solely falls on EA's back.

While it may seem like a genius money grab scheme in the beginning, they could potentially drive their fanbase away(or not), scare off potential new customers and provoke more people into buying their games second hand. If this whole story is true then hopefully this doesn't come to fruition and EA see the error of their ways before it's too late, if not then it's up to you to speak with your wallet and combat this madness.

"You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain…"

  7. EA can go ahead and charge $80 for their overhyped spunkgargleweewee games. Meanwhile, I'll get awesome games on Steam for only $15. Have fun losing all your customers, EA!

  9. To think that for $80 you can get like 4 or 5 quality games on Steam.
