The items can be pain, many times i've been in 1st place only to get: Squided, Pow-blocked, Lightninged and blue shelled ALL at the same time! Then I finish last.
ReplyDeleteToo many blue shells in the game...you get hit by items too often, especially on the last stretch of the race...never before in a mario kart game have i been about to win - get hit by 100 items at once and end up almost in last place so easily......
ReplyDeleteWhen you fall off a course only to be put back on the course to be knocked off by another player again because you are still and they are moving, I think when it puts you back on the course it should let you get rolling a bit instead of just ploking you flat and still in the middle of the course to be knocked around by other players
ReplyDelete*bleep*ing baby characters
ReplyDeleteI agree completely. I think the Blue Shell is seriously annoying
ReplyDeletebut getting more into it it is quite fun to use and be used on by friends. I wish it was a lot rarer to obtain like it was in Mario Kart GBA... Oh well. Hopefully Ninty will fix that when Mario Kart 8 is released.
Mario Kart being as unfair as it is prevents me from enjoying it very much.
ReplyDeleteAt first it's fun for a while, before it gets just plain annoying.
The blue shell is the worst item because it screws up the player in first, when the person who threw the shell is usually a few places away, meaning they wouldn't be able to catch up in the first place. Now if the blue shell took out every racer infront, I'd imagine it would be alittle bit more fair, atleast it means that everyone is stopped giving everyone a chance to pull through.
ReplyDeleteMario Kart Wii was unbalanced; lets hope that Mario Kart 8 is more forgiving.
ReplyDeleteThis pretty much sums it up.
