Capcom's milking of the Super Street fighter IV franchise continues into the year of 2014 as the new update of the five new characters and stages has turned into yet another version for the popular fourth series. At Evo 2013 the name Ultra Street fighter was born which officially sealed the deal.
As confirmed the update will include five new challengers to enter the IV tournament including Elena, Hugo, Poison and Rolento. There will also be six brand new stages to muck about on. What's new? Well there's going to be new modes added, character balances based on fan feedback and more.
The standalone retail price for Capcom's Ultra Street Fighter is going at $40 but worry not, as fans who already have Super Street fighter IV will get the game for $15(£12) . Capcom's next cash grab is scheduled to be released in early 2014.
Now wait a minute.. didn't Capcom say that Arcade Edition was the last ever update to the SSIV series? So the milking continues and as the next gen dawns on us all, the Announcement of Street fighter V is nowhere to be seen. Well at least we can all agree that SSFIV isn't dying anytime soon and should elevate the game to new heights. Check out the reveal trailer below.
